ونيابةً عن مدير المركز الجامعي إيليزي البروفيسور موسى بوبكر، شاركت كلّ من
الدكتورة ريم قاسمي، مديرة معهد العلوم، والدكتورة ذكرى أمل بوزيد، مديرة معهد الآداب واللغات،
في فعاليات أسبوع مهارات إفريقيا 2025، المنعقد من 13 إلى 17 أكتوبر 2025
بمقر الاتحاد الإفريقي بالعاصمة أديس أبابا – إثيوبيا.
🔹 تميز هذا الحدث القاري بـ قمة الشباب الإفريقي وإطلاق استراتيجية المهارات في إفريقيا،
بمشاركة واسعة من ممثلي الحكومات، والمؤسسات الأكاديمية، والخبراء من مختلف الدول الإفريقية.
وخلال الجلسات، قدّمت ممثلتَا المركز اقتراحين هامين تمحورا حول:
- 🔹 إدماج سياسة التعلم الخدمي (Service Learning) ضمن المناهج الجامعية وبرامج التعليم العالي.
- 🔹 مراعاة الآثار المستقبلية للذكاء الاصطناعي في صياغة استراتيجيات المهارات، من خلال التنبّه إلى
المهارات الجديدة التي ستظهر وتلك التي قد تختفي بفعل التحوّل الرقمي.
🔹 وقد تم استقبال الأستاذتين من طرف سعادة نائبة رئيس مفوضية الاتحاد الإفريقي السيدة سلمى حدادي،
كما تلقيتا دعوة رسمية من سعادة سفير الجزائر في إثيوبيا السيد محمد خالد، تأكيدًا على التقدير الكبير
للكفاءات الجزائرية ودورها في دعم مسارات التنمية والتعليم في القارة.
إن هذه المشاركة تندرج ضمن جهود الجامعة الرامية إلى تعزيز انفتاحها الدولي، ودعم مكانة الجزائر
في المشهد الإفريقي في مجالات التعليم، البحث العلمي، والابتكار.
The University Center of Illizi continues to reinforce its visibility and active engagement in continental and international events.
On behalf of Prof. Moussa Boubekeur, Rector of the University Center of Illizi,
Dr. Rim Gasmi, Director of the Institute of Sciences, and Dr. Dhikra Amel Bouzid, Director of the Institute of Letters and Languages,
had the honor to contribute to the 2nd Africa Skills Week 2025, held on October 13–17, 2025
at the African Union Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
🔹 This continental event featured the African Youth Summit and the launch of the Africa Skills Strategy,
with broad participation from government representatives, academic institutions, and experts across the continent.
During the sessions, the two representatives presented two key proposals:
- 🔹 Integrating Service Learning into university and higher education programs.
- 🔹 Considering the future impacts of Artificial Intelligence on skills strategies by anticipating emerging and disappearing skills due to digital transformation.
🔹 Dr. Gasmi and Dr. Bouzid were received by H.E. Ms. Salma Hadadi, Deputy Chairperson of the African Union Commission,
and were officially invited by H.E. Mr. Mohamed Khaled, Ambassador of Algeria to Ethiopia —
a recognition of Algeria’s outstanding academic contribution to education and development across Africa.
This participation is part of the university’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its international outreach and enhance Algeria’s presence in the African landscape of education, research, and innovation.
